Shipping Information:
In compliance with Indian government guidelines, VELO delivers to all serviceable pin codes across India. We make every effort to dispatch your orders promptly, typically within 48 hours of receiving them. All purchases are shipped from our warehouse via trusted courier agencies. Order Cancellations and Shipping Costs:
For orders canceled after dispatch and while in transit, or in cases of rejection (specific to COD orders), shipping costs will be levied for both onward and return shipments at actuals. Prepaid orders that are canceled after dispatch will not be eligible for refunds.
Authorized Recipient:
VELO shall not be held responsible for deliveries accepted by an alternative person.
Claims for Shortages or Damages:
Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video. Please email us at hello@shopatvelo.com or call us at +91 98736 57642 or reach out via WhatsApp. Kindly note that an unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a claim for shortages or damage during transit.
