Returns and Refunds for Electronic Products:

If you are not satisfied with your non-personalized, full-priced electronic product, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, kindly contact us at hello@shopatvelo.com to provide candid feedback. We will gladly issue a full refund for unopened and unused products. If we arrange the product pick-up, actual postage costs will be deducted from the refund. Please note that personalized products are non-refundable.

Returns for Consumable Products:
For consumable products like toothpaste and mouthwash, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items due to personal hygiene considerations. In exceptional cases, unopened and unused products may qualify for store credits worth the product's value.

Warranty Information:
VELO offers a one-year warranty on our electric products, covering damages during delivery, internal defects, or product failures. Please note that accepted warranty claims or cases of damages are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for product replacements. To claim a warranty, you must follow our prescribed procedure and SOP.

Processing Timeline:
After you return your package, please allow one to three weeks for your request to be processed. We will process your refund once the product has undergone a quality inspection.

Reporting Shortages or Damages:
If your order arrives with shortages or damage, please report these issues to our customer service on the day of delivery. Provide an unboxing video via email to shopatvelo@gmail.com or call us at +91 98736 57642. An unboxing video is necessary to claim shortages or damage during transit.
